Location made it easy to get to all of the things we needed to do and see. Plenty of quality luggage carts - some places just don’t have enough. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Bed was comfortable.

Minimal contact with staff but they were great. Food at the restaurant and room service was great and timely. the room was clean and nice, no issues. The only thing holding back a 10 was the hot tub was out of order.

Have stayed here before, love the location, the room and the breakfast. The staff at the front desk and everyone in the dining room were super helpful, polite and friendly, all great employees !

The 5th floor was really great! The 'hors dourves were ok, could have been less greasy, more healthy selections, I was a bit disappointed that on Christmas eve and day there was almost no services available. Otherwise a great place to relax.

Would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast like other hotels nearby. Food was decent.

Lovely building, very clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. Restaurant & bar on site with great food & service. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The location was a little out of the way but very nice, new, clean. I did not get a chance to have the breakfast or explore all the offerings, but it was clean, the room was nice, I loved the decor and the double door bathroom. i slept like a baby. I loved the Christmas decor, especially the cold snowman. LOL
