The 5th floor was really great! The 'hors dourves were ok, could have been less greasy, more healthy selections, I was a bit disappointed that on Christmas eve and day there was almost no services available. Otherwise a great place to relax.

The location was a little out of the way but very nice, new, clean. I did not get a chance to have the breakfast or explore all the offerings, but it was clean, the room was nice, I loved the decor and the double door bathroom. i slept like a baby. I loved the Christmas decor, especially the cold snowman. LOL

I loved how easy check in was. Gave my ID, credit card signed my name and was handed my room key. No paperwork to fill out. So simple. Room was very quiet even with a major hwy right out our window.

Restaurant staff (especially Chris) outstanding. Michael on reception was so helpful and great! good to get out and stretch the legs, and some good options about for meals so you dot have to have every meal in the hotel.

The appearance of the lobby was beautiful. The room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It was easy to check in and out.
